In order to effectively relieve daily work pressure and greatly enhance internal team cohesion, Metal Tech carefully arranged this outdoor hiking team-building activity after active participation and unanimous voting by all employees. Breaking away from the noisy and fast-paced urban life, we stepped into the embrace of nature to relax our minds and bodies. On April 24, 2026, all staff gathered at the beautiful Hangzhou Jiuxi Scenic Area to challenge a 10-kilometer circular hiking route. Surrounded by lush green mountains and clear flowing streams, we released our inner energy and built deep friendship through walking side by side. This meaningful activity combined sports, leisure and fun, leaving warm and unforgettable memories for every participant. It also fully reflects the thoughtful humanistic care and sincere expectations that Metal Tech has always conveyed to all team members.

Getting Fully Prepared: A Pleasant Meeting with Jiuxi

The weather on the day of the event, April 24, 2026, was incredibly pleasant, with cloudless blue skies and soft, comfortable breezes, just like a special blessing from nature for our group activity. After finishing lunch on time, all employees assembled at the company with bright smiles and full anticipation. Professional hiking gear and rich energy supplies were neatly prepared in advance. Everyone tidied up their backpacks, checked their clothing and shoes, and reminded each other of safety precautions and hiking tips. The whole scene was filled with a relaxed, harmonious and joyful atmosphere.After a simple but inspiring pre-departure mobilization, we boarded the car and headed for Jiuxi Scenic Area. During the trip, the carriage was full of laughter and cheerful conversations. Some colleagues shared interesting stories from daily work, some discussed the unique landscapes of Jiuxi, and some carefully checked the hiking route to introduce scenic spots along the way. The relaxed atmosphere narrowed the distance between teammates. Familiar colleagues became closer, and new members broke the ice quickly. The warm and joyful hiking journey of Metal Tech officially started long before we arrived at the destination.

Hiking and Exploring: Admire Scenic Views, Unite Team Spirits

Upon arriving at the scenic spot, we set off from the starting point and officially began the 10-kilometer circular hiking journey. The whole route connects a series of classic landmarks, including Jiuhong Pavilion, Longjing Village, Shililangdang, Shifeng Peak, Sanfencha and Zhenji Courtyard, each presenting the unique natural and cultural charm of Jiuxi. As one of the renowned New West Lake Scenic Spots, Jiuxi is famous for winding streams, vast tea gardens and ancient temples. Thanks to the extremely high forest coverage, the local temperature is 5-8 degrees Celsius lower than the urban area, creating a natural oxygen bar and an ideal hiking environment for all staff of Metal Tech . One of the most impressive sights along the trail was the large number of caterpillars widely seen in the woods. Commonly known as measuring worms, they belong to the Geometridae family of the Lepidoptera order. With slender bodies in green or brown, they crawl forward in a unique Ω-shaped posture and straighten their bodies to disguise themselves as dry branches when resting. Due to their special living habits and widespread distribution, many colleagues felt a little frightened and let out occasional exclamations, which added a distinctive and interesting touch to our outdoor trip. Fortunately, the dense forest brought cool shade and fresh wind, and the mountain streams were clear and refreshing. We often stopped by the water, touched the running stream with our fingertips, and instantly relieved the tiredness caused by long-distance walking.The terraced tea gardens along the road constituted a stunning landscape. Layers of fresh green tea trees covered the hillsides, and the faint fragrance of tea filled the air, calming our mood and soothing our nerves. We walked slowly on winding stone paths, accompanied by gurgling water and constant laughter. We also met many outdoor hikers and exchanged kind greetings. During the whole hike, Metal Tech team members cared for and helped each other selflessly. Colleagues with better physical conditions slowed down their pace to wait for teammates with less stamina. Many people took out their personal snacks and drinks to share with others, spreading happiness and warmth all the way. Without the pressure of daily work and the gap of job positions, we were simply partners moving forward together, feeling the beauty of spring nature and overcoming difficulties hand in hand.When we finally reached the highest altitude of the route, every member wore a relaxed and satisfied smile. Standing on the high ground, we overlooked the rolling green hills, twisting streams and endless tea gardens. The panoramic beautiful scenery swept away all fatigue. We lined up neatly and took group photos to record this precious moment and freeze the warm time of mutual companionship.

Successful Closing: Unite Hearts and Move Forward to a New Chapter

After several hours of steady hiking, all employees successfully completed the 10-kilometer challenge and reached the finish line safely, marking the perfect ending of this Jiuxi team-building activity held by Metal Tech. This long-distance hiking was not only a physical test of endurance, but also a precious spiritual purification. It allowed us to stay away from work pressure, embrace nature, and greatly enhance emotional bonds, mutual understanding and trust among colleagues.This colorful outdoor activity has enriched employees’ spare-time life and fully demonstrated the humanistic care of the company and the management.
